This is why we've had such issues with Special Orders. If it's not billed on the RO, you only get 12 months warranty on the PART only, no labor, no matter what the part is. We tell customers that insist on bringing their own parts in that we do not warranty them AT ALL, and it's on the RO and they have to sign off on it. We try to avoid that as much as we can, though
