RIM_Purchase_Loyalty_Detail_MTD

Postby partsguy99 » Thu Sep 17, 2015 8:08 pm

Where do I find the RIM_Purchase_Loyalty_Detail_MTD_ report in this new POS rat global connect.
I went to the Daily Dealer Report Note: Click to download and save Detail Reports to open
RIM_Purchase_Loyalty_Detail_MTD
RIM_Purchase_Loyalty_Detail_Prior_Month
DLR_Sales_Loyalty_Detail_.xlsx

I click on the purchase loyalty, and all I get is "17003: There are no reports available for the Search criteria provided. "
I have no problem viewing the Dealer_Daily_Report_pdf . Soooooo, what gives. Thanks.

You have to go to the GM program info site. GMprograminfo dot com and then click on the customer care and aftersales tab, then open the reports & recognition drop down tab all the way on the right and it should be in there.

Every time I call about this they blame my Internet Explorer that IE10 and 11 aren't compatible with GlobalConnect. I told him it's the other way around, isn't it?

My last update on that report is 9/13. I wonder what gives?

Just a word about the IE 10 incompatibility. When you go to epic, or the parts main page, etc, click f12. About 1/4 across the bottom of the page you will see "browser mode IE10". Click this and select "IE 10 compatibility mode". It will make the page readable in things such as order status summary, but you have to do it every time. Not a fix all, but it helps. It wont make those daily reports come up though.......

I had the same issue with the 17003 errors. I finally got in touch with someone at the Global Connect help desk (Chad) that told me the issue was that sometimes they don't have the dealer code on file so they are filed under the BAC code. My links used to have my dealer code, now they have my BAC and I can access them. If you call Global Connect, mention that issue to them, or ask for Chad.
