Just came to new store, here are a few things I see (All input welcome)
First they are supposed to have a clean Inventory. ( They set $1500 a month aside and write down obsolete parts 2 times a year)
I pull a report of no sales 18 months and over and realize they have over $48,000 in obsolete parts, but here is the thing.
I have over 4 pages of parts that someone has removed the cost. And I did a spot check and those parts are on the shelves.
Why would they do this?
