Received a debit this morning with my GM invoices. We are a Cadillac dealer and was debited today for state, county, and local tax on a ELR tool that was shipped to us in December of 2013. Did anyone else receive anything like this on your GM invoices this week? Its hard to believe there just getting around to this after we've had this tool for 2 years.

I don't think they charged sales tax on the ELR battery charger that was sent to us last year. With it being a service tool it must be taxed.
