Genuine GM rewards program still around?

Genuine GM rewards program still around?

Postby LOWAIRD1964 » Tue Feb 16, 2016 9:39 pm

I see all these insentives for service writers and sales managers but nothing for parts guys. Today we were slow so I was playing around in the customer care and aftersales website and came across a rewards program for parts. I have only been a manager for a year or so. Just trying to see what little extra incentives there are out there avail? Thanks!

There is the Mark of excellence program that you dealership has to pay for which you can earn 1000 points/ dollars at the end of the year.

Also there is the 5% fixed ops bonus that can either be taken as a credit to the dealership or split between the service and parts manager.

That's pretty much it that I can think of and of course their are objectives you must meet to earn anything.

Lets not forget the nice certificates that we can print off every year with our names on them after we finish all those Center of Learning tests. ;)

One of those enrollment links only the GM or DP has access to because the dealership has to pay to be on the program.
