IT is working on the fix for the slowdown.
Customers are not getting answerbacks due to the slow process in order status. Please advise your customers to NOT reenter orders as they are in the queue and will communicate to us. Backorders are also in a queue and not dropping.
Please forward to any other Liaisons or anyone who may want to know this information.
