You can't describe GM without using the word "Cluster" in it.

Yep, all we got this morning were the service lane parts. All others were "input" after cutoff so we wont see them til tomorrow. Also, we have a duplicate order pending. I tried to go into parts workbench to cancel what I can of the duplicates......."system not available or not responding. Please try later" What a joke!

Got an e-mail from Charlotte saying not to resubmit orders, they are just going thru the system slowly. MI is working on it. It's not like this just started yesterday, it's been going on for at least a couple of weeks(I mean worse than normal).

IT is working on the fix for the slowdown.
Customers are not getting answerbacks due to the slow process in order status. Please advise your customers to NOT reenter orders as they are in the queue and will communicate to us. Backorders are also in a queue and not dropping.
Please forward to any other Liaisons or anyone who may want to know this information.
