Last dealer I worked for, we marked up aftermarket 70%. Current dealer uses the suggested list from whomever they purchase. No problems, so far.

Depending on circumstances, I use either this method or a 74% markup.

At least 100% markup sometimes more depending on the type of part. 50% Gross Profit or more is what we shoot for on aftermarket items. :shock:
