No charging synth rear diff fluid?

I am speaking specifically about 88900401. I was told by my warranty clerk that warranty doesn't pay this when doing a rear diff job? Anyone heard the same?

If I knew how to delete my post I would, sorry- warranty clerk was wrong. She saw the word lubricant as opposed to fluid and assumed it wasn't to be on the ticket.
