How in the world do you get these? I did a CSO-3 and still cancelled. Answerback gives no info

Order via CSO and it will ship.
I placed an order Friday and it came in today.

We had the same thing here. Ordered CSO3, cancelled. Ordered CSO, came in but took 4 days. Even though its an SLP.
