Are you GM parts managers still able to get these? I quickly ran out, ran a DRO and it cancelled. Any help I could use! Thanks!!

I am at a small store with 2 GM trained techs and 4 others. We were sent 100 of them, 10 boxes of 10 each automatically. We are selling them but 1 store told me how hard they are to get now.

We've gone through our initial shipment of 20.

Gm won't send us more.

I ordered twice this month and received both orders, most recently 0815. Mine were several lines of 5 each on a CSO out of Flint 001.

Same here...although I ordered 10 at first because I couldn't find any "rules" for ordering this particular part. Once I saw that it had only processed 5, I placed another order. I just received my second CSO today from Flint.

Yeah, whenever I see "Nat'l Control" I'll order one CSO order with a line of 10, 5 ,2 and 1. They'll adjust the order accordingly and I'll add it to the post-it on my computer. But you're right, there's never any communication or order limits; another DFOAB issue that they never replied to.
Wait... I take that back, I got a call back on that but they never CHANGED anything.

One of my counter guys called SPAC about this a while back and actually got someone knowledgeable and helpful. Agent explained they had to be ordered max 5 at a time and on CSO. I was surprised they offered advice because often times on recall parts they basically tell us to go fly a kite.

That SPAC agent must have been new...the Kool-Aid hasn't kicked in yet.
