Sorry to burst your bubble, but the 12 Month No Sale benchmark is very old school AND obsolete. According
to General Motors Corporation, (you know, that corporation that went chapter 11 not too long ago), the NEW
and IMPROVED benchmark is 15 Months No Sale.

hehe - Thank God I'm not GM anymore. Every time I think I might be having a rough day, I just remind myself of that and all is well again.

Actually dropped it to 1.68% this morning by billing out a trunk hatch and hinges that have been sitting here a while

Zep, how do you like the new Toyota return program? I love it but it is a lot more admin work for me. Our inventory is quite clean (so far.)

I love it.

I've sent back about $6000 every month so far. It has been working out great. I sent back $38,000 last October and November (combined) when they were getting ready for the new process. Really cleaned this place up. Easy to keep it that way now too as long as I don't get lazy

Only issue is getting rid of the $8.00 and under stuff

yea, we've accumulated some <$8 stuff too. I'm writing off a few hundred a month and scrapping it.
