sheet metal (damaged claims) GM

Is it me?? This area?? What is going on with sheet metal lately. Here and there is one thing but 10 in a week or so is a little overboard in my eyes. This seems to be a never ending battle. GM spent all this time and money coming up with these awesome programs (laugh), yet we cant sell to these shops anyways because the items are damaged and they cant wait. Thanks GM
Anyone else having major issues or .......????

I've recently had issues receiving damaged sheet metal. I'm not sure who's to blame however based on what i see when lanter delivers our parts, i'd say Lanter. They do not strap anything down and alot of the times my sheet metal is laying flat or has shifted against a tore or box when he raises his truck doors to unload.

If it is anything like our Lanter items, You can tell by the foot print on the box.
