The tire program file has not been in Global Connect since November...
Any ideas? :cry:

Log into gm dealer tire source. Left side of home page, red box in center, GM Tire Info Center.

not sure why Tire billing is a separate site not accessible from Globall....

It's not a GM site, its from American Tire Distributers

I think you guys are talking about 2 different websites for tires. I remember some confusion about that a few years ago

It is 2 different sites, gm tire billing and gm tire source. tire source has a link to tire billing where you would do price matching claims, look at monthly tire sales, aftermarket tire warranty claims, etc.

What are you all doing when for example ,19252584 General Grabber GM dlr cost 110.11 and the same tire direct from the same distributor warehouse is 98.91. This is close to $50 on a set difference. If you go off GM , it affects your sales and purchase loyalty numbers, which can really hurt the bottom line. Your thoughts ???

Get a quote from Sears and price match them.
