That's what I don't understand. Why does this thing periodically keep breaking? Looks like someone would figure out what/who's causing this and resolve it once and for all.

The note in response to issue # 5699, in DFOAB on GlobalConnect states:
"5699 02/22/2017 The latest reports are now available! This is not resolved

5699 02/22/2017 We do not know root cause yet to this issue. In the meantime, updated PDFs are available from SRT through your parts field sales person. MaryAnn Livesay
