We didn't receive GM's "bonus" payout for the month of February due to not meeting 1 of the 3 key criterias :
1. RIM Compliance (RIM accepted Part Numbers as of Mar 01,2017)............................................OBJECTIVE 85.00% Actual 90.42%
2. RIM Purchase Loyalty (Designated Service Lane Parts "SLP" as of Mar 01, 2017)............................OBJECTIVE 80.00% Actual 0%
3. **Dealer Sales Loyalty (Recognized GM and/or ACD Part Numbers on GM vehicles as of Mar 01, 2017...OBJECTIVE 80.00% Actual 92.43%
I'm not clear as to how we scored 0% when the other 2 percentages are well above the objective. Anyone have an idea or suggestion?
I have a call in to our Rep and hopefully 1) he'll return my call and 2) he'll have an answer/explaination.
