We have been on for about a year, or more after switching from R & R. I am not familiar with ADP. You will hate the system at first then get used to it to the point its pretty manageable. The biggest thing lacking is the reporting isn't anywhere near what R&R did for me, but it's not "bad". Probably confused you, with the money saved it's about a wash considering some of the features we lost.

I was on ADP and went to Arkona/Dealertrack...

I find Dealertrack easier to use than ADP, but with less features. I was only on ADP for a short period of time after UCS. I understand that many have been on ADP for years and have grown up with it, and some actually even like it. The install team from ADP was older and in love with their 1980s technology, I never fell in love with it.

We have been on Dealertrack for about 4 or 5 years. The best thing about it is the price. I have become accustom to its shortcomings and actually like it. Before ADP, I was on the old UCS system, which was an amazing product and system in my eyes. Dealertrack has greatly improved their support team, and the help desk agents actually know and understand their system. It wasn't always that way... They are improving.

ADP was different in unpredictable ways, with all sorts of odd locations to run jobs. You never knew where a function might be located.

Dealertrack is different, but different in very predictable ways.
