Sorry, YOU are wrong. "Assembled in USA" means Imported parts (probably communist chinese crap) put together in the USA. Can't fault American workers for trying to assembly SH*T!!

"Most likely the box is assembled in the us, GM is to cheap to use made in America parts. The would rather support the .30 cent a day workers in south korea( hell most likely North Korea also)."
Sorry X476, but they can't be built in North Korea. All the eletricity they have is used for building rockets and a-bombs. But then again it's probably GM building them. As you can see by the news they have a bad ignition switch.

Sadly, we ended up having an old #, 23141861 in stock to use for 84211191, but I don't remember the manufacturer of origin. One wonders if the same problem is resurfacing where GM did not have a good repor with their suppliers :?:

Well I,m old, worthless, weak, ugly and my mother dresses me funny, but in time I'll get over it.
Actually doing alright. Get a litlle fishing in and so far a lot of shooting. I wish I could do more around the place but my back and feet only let me do a couple of hours at a time. Bless the cement floor. Some people get away with the years of pounding it, but it wasn't me. All you youngens out there pay attention to that remark, I am by no means overweight and it still took me out. I would have been a thorn in GMs ass for another 3 years if it wasn't for that, although now as well as then they seem to be able to grow their own thorn bush.
Zepp; As best as I can find out they are still rated "worst" by their vendors.....Whodathunkit?
