So knuckles and outer sealing strips are considered Service Lane, however the exhaust clamp 20779890 for the new style full size trucks (tech must cut off to remove) are not.. And they are ship direct :)

EVERY SINGLE THING that the General does is all computer algorithm based. RIM, SLP, all of the loyalty bullshit programs, parts delivery routes and frankly I AM TIRED OF IT. Can a human being with an OUNCE OF COMMON SENSE FROM GM PLEASE MAKE A DECISION BASED ON HUMAN THINKING AND NOT SOME FUC*ING COMPUTER PROGRAM!!!!

Does even one human being working for GM have any common sense? If so I haven't met or talked to them.

I would have to argue the fact that GM doesn't have human beings working for them. They are just over seas human beings that cant even understand what you ask them. So heres a funny story, yesterday gm called for me but I was away from my desk so my counter guy took a message. GM called looking for the tracking # for a spac case that I picked up last week. So I sat at my desk thinking, hmmm ok. Don't YOU (GM) send ME (the dealer) the shipping label to print out? So about 5 hours later the foreigner, I mean guy from GM called back so I decided to ask him and he said yes I do have the tracking info. :?: So after that I told him exactly what he could have done for himself. Run the number on the Fredex tracking site and told him when it left here, which all could have been found out if you just ran the number on th fredex site :?: :?: :?:
