The cost on the 84243590 also dropped from $177.55 to $149.95 on July 1.

ALL OF THESE ORDERED BEFORE JULY 1 ARE BEING BILLED AT THE OLD COST EVEN IF THEY SHIP IN JULY.

Now I can cancel all of my backorders and start again or eat $33 per condenser.

What a bunch of crooks.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm in the process of cancelling mine right now. You need to phone SPAC and they'll ask you for the order numbers, so have them ready.

So I have 5 condensers on order in the supplemental back order report and I know for a fact that I ordered all of them with valid vins in the note field but only one shows a vin number present. Any one else have this same issue?

Maybe the VIN shows up when they are close to processing the order? Mine have no VINs showing up for any of my orders and my oldest order is from 6-20.

I have been waiting for up to 6 weeks now on this 84211191. Several scathing emails to my gm rep and he told me to do whatever it takes . i decided to take the advise of this forum using the 84243590. the part-no. that came out of the vehicle was tagged with 23141869 that does change to 84243590 and works! Run the vin and it picks the 84211191. maybe this new number is going to be a better part i don't know. frustrating as hell when these have been available all along to fix these new down vehicles. What is their reasoning ? now i have to call and cancel some of these 84211191 orders. can't seem to do it on their site. What is the reasoning behind that ?
Thanks to this site and the pioneers on it we are now able to get out customers taken care of.

I found this a few days ago

It has come to our attention that, in some cases, Part Number 84243590 is being used in place of Part Number 84211191 to fix the Combi-Cooler issue experienced in some of the K2XX Vehicles. These Part Numbers are not interchangeable and failure to use the correct part may cause further issues.

Please verify the Vehicle Build Options prior to ordering.

Please contact your District Manager- CCA if you have any further questions.

The business card of the area dma should be included with every new vehicle sold in case the selling dealer cannot handle their issue.

Hey, GM of Canada, as long as we're all adults here, perhaps you could explain to us, IN DETAIL, why THEY ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE!
