I am just wondering how many of you are getting retail pricing for warranty repair parts? I feel I am behind the times with still getting cost +40 and debating
if I should pursue getting retail pricing on warranty?
Also wondering if any of you dealers getting retail have received any pushback from the General?

Man, if I got more than 40% on warranty I'd not be in the hole every month, lol.

We are getting retail and I recommend it. In the process of raising it again now. Using a company called Armatus Dealer Uplift. Very fair and good reputation!!

It's definitely something for your DP and their lawyers to look into and work on.

we were at cost +86 when I was at GM. Sometimes that was even above retail

Here at Toyota they pay retail on hard parts and cost +25 on prepaid maint. items but that's off a "book" cost, not actual cost for bulk oil so it's really a bit higher.

For those of you who get GM warranty reimbursed at more than cost +40.

What does GM pay you for engines and transmissions? Suggested list on those is fairly low - sometimes only cost +10. Do they pay that lower list or cost + whatever is agreed upon?

Also does your neighbor GM store go cost+ as well. If not, does the added expense to the vehicle invoice cause a competitive issue?
