I assume everyone is having the same problems with Center of Learning (COL) website that we are.
I worked for hours to get the issues resolved, only to see them reappear a week later. This week we are down 60+% technical training. I know what the issue is but I cannot fix it - only they can.
I still have two courses that will not "launch" or when you start course "A" - course "B" actually begins.
I could go on and on but are any of you seeing this kind of stuff?
It has been well over a month since COL launched the new site and still it takes an hour to chat with them.
