Model or ISS for GM radios

Model or ISS for GM radios

Postby Rykid50 » Tue Dec 12, 2017 8:10 pm

Who do you use?? Model seems to have wayyyyyy cheaper pricing. I just went to order a Cue screen and ISS wanted 741 and model is 619 for the same unit. I can see a few dollars different but 120 is insane. I called ISS to get a price match and after 10 minutes on the phone I got no where and went with model.
Curious on who you guys use and if anyone else has checked ISS pricing against anyone else? If so try model.
I guess the ISS scam for the buy 3 get one free isn't really a deal when they are porking you on the units............

We always check prices with ISS, AER and Model. Lately ISS is the highest by far. Usually we go with the lowest but Model gave us a couple in a row that were not programmed with milage when we asked for milage to be programmed so we will use AER if the difference isn't too much.

Been using Model since the mid 80's when it was a Mom and Pop organization. Helps that they are 20 minutes from me and I can pick up or have units delivered within an hour..

Our go to is AJR international. The Pricing always seems consistent and the customer service is great. We only use ISS for onstar orders

Same here, but with AER back into the 1970s for me... we use all the others when availability is a problem.

We use ISS... I suppose I could price shop, but they are one day away and we always make a good margin on that stuff. Used to use AER alot.
