As it stands now we would lose $53K a year on the new program.
If service jumps through some hoops the loss drops to $13K.
If service does some extreme hoop jumping, might be at the break even point.

How about NONE! Let's compare the gross on $100.00 of labor versus the gross on a $100.00 of parts!
How about I'll trade you for that $40-50k month in gross transfer on CP sales (or take out the difference when we don't hit our objective because Service doesn't keep up their end of the deal)!
If they contribute to a net GAIN in this program, I'll gladly give Service whatever monies are ABOVE what Parts normally earns. There's your "carrot"!
