Service lane tool enrollment

Would anyone care to share what plans they are enrolling in for the service elements crap. We are on Reynolds and Reynolds I am planning on calling tomorrow to see what kind of prices we are going to be paying for all this. I heard a lot of dealers are just going with the gold levels, my rep was in today and he was pushing hard for the platinum plans but he don't care ain't his money.

We have been trying to get OSS installed with CDK for several days with no success. Small dealer and for us it is expensive. It will eat up half of PASE payout money just for OSS alone.

As of this writing the setup screen in Global is still stuck with no end in sight. Unknown problem - unknown fix. Of course we lost ESE payout for January because of the problem. GM will not override and pay us.

Possum-I don't even want to know what you guys are paying for all that. Reynolds is ridiculous! I called Reynolds today and they want $9k just for the setup of the platinum level at our dealership!

We are going with the gold level, signed up today.

Yeah they got us by the u-know-whats. Their sales rep comes around, gives a little twist, and our IT guy says "What's new? Where do we sign?"

Our owner is beginning to study this program and has been asking me questions which is good. Our payout would have been cut in half according to the final numbers for Jan. So my question is this, has anyone out there shown and increase in their payout when comparing end of month figures for Jan 2018.
