Made it worse. The part # is not on the part of the tag we peel off anymore. Have to hand write the part # now. Useless!

Actually, the part number IS on the peel-off, over to the right, REAL SMALL text. It's a 10 digit number with a leading and trailing zero, so far. And I don't know why we need the group number to be 3 times bigger than the part number, in BOLD in the center.
Just another challenge and opportunity !! Love what they do for US !! :lol: :roll:

We had one yesterday that said it was delivered 8 weeks from now on 4-8-2018..... :roll:

New week….same sh$t. I have a headlamp on order for my bodyshop that was ordered 2/6. I have an order number and a shipper number but it still does not show as shipped. Called SPAC and was told that 076 implemented new tracking software last Monday that was to cut down on lost parts and mispicks at the plant. HMMMM…….. anyone heard of the new pick labels from GM? I guess it has software to go with the new labels. After explaining how ironic this was the agent said he would send over an inquiry to find out where it is. I keep asking….WHO MAKES THESE DECISIONS? There has to be someone that can turn this mess around.

Well, they finally got around to picking these orders and shipped them. Now seeing this:

So, ordered it on 1/26/18 and will (theoretically) get it on 2/14/18. :o
Did I mention this is a RIM-controlled Service Lane part that we sell a lot? :(
Retirement is starting to look really good.

I've given up hope on everything with them.. Since the beginning of the year, I have 18 RIF Shortages and 6 Regular Shortages. I went from September of last year to End of year and had only 15 total shortages. When I ask my so called Rep why? Her answer is it has to be something we are doing wrong because NO ONE else is having the amount of shortages we are. Guess it's time I started trouble with her boss... Oh well..

Basically every 8 out of 10 ROs has a back order part or I can't get parts for my wholesale shops. Who just go to amazon and order from there since I can't get it through GM. Get with the program GM.

today's stock order was filled with local backorders...

17% of my daily RIM order (R050) was backordered this morning.

Am I high or low ??

No you are not off.. I had about 15% of my RIM order today backordered.. If I don't upgrade them to CSO I will never see the parts. It's kind of funny how as soon as you upgrade them to CSO they ship from your local PDC..
