I call if I do not receive one in a timely manner. We may complain on these forums, but they are legitimate complaints. Gotta love that great GM feeling.
Unfortunately at our store, the fax machine is in the sales office. If a fax comes in that isn't theirs, it will either lay on the machine until someone comes to get it, or it will get jumbled in with other faxes and (90% of the time) thrown away when the recipient realizes that it isn't theirs. Due to that, I have my FedEx labels set to email to me when I accept a SPAC case and it is flawless. After accepting the SPAC case, I usually see the label within 10 minutes.
GM Sends all of our labels to a separate website for printing them off:
https://gm.loopone(dot)com/login(dot)epl and we use our dealer code is both password and login. They will usually show up within 10 minutes.
We have had a lot of issues with OEC regarding attempts to commit to sales but after selecting "Yes" to sell the part, nothing happens or there is a message "Transaction unable to complete at this time." I did the site chat "HELP" thing, and was told to delete the cookies from the site. She helped me through that, and we still have the same problems. "But what about the "transaction" message?", I asked. "Someone must have made it in just before you committed to it.". I guess that could happen. Only there were five requests for the same part number, five different dealers, and ALL were current requests which still had the clock ticking.
ROI from OEC is BS, sometimes.
