•Policy Tool use moves to a rolling 3-month average (Non-Wholesale)
•MPVI or Menu Penetration is 55% for Q3 & 60% for Q4

Bunch of crap. Just do the best job you can do and what will come will be what GM wants to give you. I'm surprised there are any incentives at all, only too force dealers onto their programs or suffer the consequences. Next step they'll be closing stores for "Non-Compliance" (or conformance whatever word you want to apply)

Instead of a bad month hurting you for one month, with the rolling window, you enjoy the pain for three months.
