It's not Dealertrak; it is the users that "use" and those that "don't use" the program.

I admit that the best feature is the price, but the system is workable... give it time and give it a chance.

I have been on Arkona/Dealertrack for 5-7 years. And I actually find Dealertrack a good choice. It is not a Cadillac and has its quirks.

Pitfalls in the past have been addressed. Their tech support team is much-much better.
