Not sure if this is a system wide glitch or they are just picking on me, but I now show that I am not qualified for PASE
due to eleven dis-loyal purchases of the 24285996 torque converter that is currently on backorder. My only orders and
receipts were from RIM generated orders, and nothing like 11, only 2. Something is fishy. No count adjustments, nothing.
I was in the mid-90s yesterday and today I am in the low 80s. The help desk wouldn't (couldn't ??) give me details on
my dis-loyal purchases, only suggested I file a request for adjustment.
There is a new phone number for GM Purchase Loyalty... 810-606-2000. The RIM help desk referred me to this number.
