has anyone seen a answerback like this..part #42554932 is being in place of 42474399. if the price difference is greater than $10.00 and the repair is customer pay, summit for spac policy adjustment after the part is invoiced. a credit will be issued 1-4 weeks after the form is received. ... what the heck is this all about? what the hell is spac policy? the price is the same but, what if there was a huge difference. I never heard or spac policy. normally we get the difference billed automatically on our invoice.another way gm sticks it to us by hanging on to our money for 1-4 weeks....

GM changed the way they handle Up Assemblies.

If warranty charge out the part received.

If customer pay the dealer has to ask for the difference back.

GM is no longer automatically issuing a credit for the difference.
