So, when my order timed out yesterday...I submitted it via EPIC. This morning, came in to two orders.

You can't make this stuff up.

Same thing happened here. Now it's off to call SPAC (if the number works today) and get a case number to send all this crap back.

I handled it through my PDC Liason...she's awesome and always helps out. One email is all it took.

Here I sit waiting ,waiting to see when I might get a part but once again this POS is not working. I have started telling customers to call the customer assist line if they want to know when the parts will be in. Hell I can't tell them let the burden fall on those numbnuts
