2. Inappropriate use of an approved exclusion part number
3. Reclassifying GM VINS to non-GM VINS

5. Reclassifying customer pay RO’s with non-GM Parts to a warranty RO
6. Applying negative dollars or units on non-GM Parts
7. Low dollar non-GM Parts
8. Using GM Part Numbers in place of non-GM Parts

Please refer to the Dealer Sales Loyalty Guide for complete details located within the resource section of the PASE Dashboard.

RIM Purchase Loyalty (RPL) misrepresentations may result in a chargeback of incentives paid for the period(s) in question and may cause the dealership to be suspended from PASE incentive eligibility for a minimum of 3 months. Examples of misrepresentations include, but are not limited to:
1. Purchasing behavior with the intent to manipulate purchase growth (i.e., parent/sister stores where transferring purchases are made from one store to the another with intent to improve purchase growth metric)
2. Using ACDelco Part Numbers to manipulate RIM
3. Inventory manipulation
4. Part exclusion activities (i.e., excluded part being ordered as a non-RIM DRO)
5. Submitting ineligible adjustments

Any other performance related manipulation of data (i.e. MPVI/MENU or RO) metrics is subject to audit.
All PASE Monthly Incentive Payments are subject to audit and charge back for non-compliance within the Program rules.

Yeah, they pretty much have COMPLETE control of the Parts Dept now. No more independent thought or ideas
of Parts Managers on what they can do to increase profit for their store. Very sad.
