Has anyone given up on pase

Has anyone given up on pase

I am finding it harder and harder to work with GM and the pase program and was thinking about going back to the old methods. I am aware of the 1% surcharge on all purchases. I missed the qualifier dor May but I did okay for June.

We may be better, but they are really testing our patience all around. I know a lot of you on this forum have been with GM for a long time, as I am, but I do not think I ever saw things as bad as they have been the last few months. The Pontiac fiasco has made our lives very stressful. I am really trying to hang in there for two more years.

how many think that this Pontiac 075 plant is a plan by GM to cover that suppliers aren't being paid and they cant get parts from them , it seems awful strange that with all the other GM warehouses throughout the US that there is not enough parts to supply orders by dealers , I never remember so many orders being sent to 075 before all of a sudden almost 50% of orders are referred there . GM could very easy shut off all orders to plant 075 and supply orders from other pdc but why wont they no parts available ??

Most all of the dings on my Purchase Loyalty Report are from getting parts to repair a customers vehicle that needs to go and were originally ordered from GM and they have the part on BACKORDER. If their fancy computer system can see everything we are doing, they should be able to see that GM cannot supply the part needed and not condemn us on the report. Also it is time consuming to have to go in and make adjustments to the report to keep us in compliance. Not our fault to begin with.
