RIM purchase loyalty

I've noticed my RIM purchase loyalty has dropped 10 points for this month, has anybody else seen a significant drop. We always maintain mid 90's. Thinking the numbers from GM may be inaccurate?

Mine is at 100% with no adjustments submitted so far for this month, but I also have had a better off shelf fill rate and less need to buy from other dealers this month, so it seems accurate for me.

Only way to know for sure is for you to pull your purchase loyalty report in Workbench and review it.

We've already pulled the report and nothing unusual. We'll wait a couple of days to see if it autocorrects.
