We are service out of 39 Charlotte and they are doing a great job. We get CSO and RIM parts once a week, usually on Tuesday. I have no issues with them. But 092 and 076 suck!

Philadelphia sucks ass too.

We've gotten 2 RIM orders since the strike started

Yesterday, I got an invoice for $6200 so I figured we had some parts coming. Nope, it was for and engine and a core and 5 other small parts coming from elsewhere

Our lines came in today. Mind you, we have had no deliveries other than OVN since 9/14/2019. We were so overjoyed. :|

We are serviced out of PDC 030 Hudson. Have not seen Rim Orders filled since 9/16 R259. Whats weird is we have seen a few RIM items trickle in from PDC 30 that they have in inventory. Today we got 5 random parts from RIM orders R260 and R262. Have not gotten any regular CSO orders that we have placed from PDC 30 since October 7th. We ordered them on Oct 1st. Just seems very random with how they select what items they select to ship.
PDC 030 has been spot on for shipping CSO-3 OVN orders out for next day. That's the only Bright Spot I can bring to this post.
