So i tried to order a pallet from this today. It immediately rejected.. If you try, it will reject also. I am working with a zone manager who will contact me when the quantity restriction is lifted by GM SPAC

Your order was placed as a DRO I presume?

yes i placed the order correctly. My zone manager and SPAC confirmed. WHoever created this program and message forgot to have the quantity limit removed. It is in the works and i will get a phone call when it does work.. I will immediately post at that moment.

I figured that you did your job right, GM on the other hand.....
It is absolutely maddening the extent at which GM is late to the party with "solutions" to their self induced problems. And they still screw up the details.. An "Office Space" scene comes to mind, lol.
Meanwhile, the dealers continue to bleed as a result of the strike. The bigger you are the deeper the cuts....

Same here. Here's what I was told:
"Houston…we have a problem. Just advised filter product specialist is CCA Whq, team is investigating. Stay tuned."

Already did this. My email was read at 9:49 AM. And still I wait......

I assume they were blindsided like the rest of us.

I just placed an order for 1176 of 19383806 and it is listed as written status.

This is the dumbest thing! I don't want a pallet of 63 filters! There better be some kind of a policy for PACE.

Napa has lots of filters, I can order as many that I would like and delivered next day. im not f!@#$ing with GM anymore!
