Same boat man. All I really needed is 1 freaking piece. Now my driver is going 170 miles one trip to get a $9.00 part.

Same here.. this is getting overwhelming... not sure how long I can go on.. I'm 57 I look like I'm 87 because of this crap we go through. Spending 3 or 4 hours on hold or waiting for a chat session just to get a spac case filled.. crazzzzy shit... I'm ready to be a Walmart greeter...

same shit in north central MN. However this week my driver has a new route that they are trying and rather then getting our freight @ 10:30 we have been seeing him @ 7:30. Then on bad weather days rather than getting our freight @ 2:30...if at all, we might see it by 11:30. Hopefully this route will stay permanent, although the driver did say that his hours will cut meaning be less pay for him. :(

Think of it this way. It is like Christmas everyday, you never know what you are getting until they open the gate. Oh what fun it is!!!!!!!!!!

And another day without parts. Delivery was supposed to be Saturday, received and email stating due to late call off by driver our delivery would be Sunday. Well here we are Monday morning and imagine to my surprise we still do not have our delivery. Contacted DLI and was told they were unable to recover the route so we will not receive the order until Tuesday, Christmas Eve. A lot of good that does we are closed. I ask if DLI will reimburse us for the costs involved with rentals and locating parts, so that we can get people back in their cars for the holidays. I did not receive a response from that email yet, but I can only imagine the answer. Oh well enough for now.
