I spoke with a GM warehouse employee today and was told --- maybe --- Memorial Day. This is assuming no major snow storms or other disasters (Mother Nature or GM made). If true this will put dealers in this mess for more than ONE YEAR.
To say this is beyond acceptable is an understatement. However, we have no say in the matter at all.
I spent more than 1 1/2 hours on the phone (3 calls) with GM today alone trying to SPRINT parts I found. This doesn't count the dozens of calls to dealers asking if they would sell the part. Wasting my and the other dealers time.
Why doesn't GM constantly re-shop the SPAC cases? We may be able to help each other with returned parts from our customers.

What really pisses me off bad... I find a dealer close to me willing to Sprint but is too far for me to send someone to pick the part up. I finally get ahold of SPAC and they tell me I have to place a fucking order and wait 24 to 48 hours before I can have the dealership that WANTS to Sprint the part to me do so... This to me is complete bullshit. If a dealer wants to Sprint a part just set it up and let them do so... The reason I am asking for a Sprint is because I can't wait for the part and I know it would take a fucking year for GM to send it to me. I can't wait 24 to 48 hours and another day, if the sprinting dealer gets it out right away. But I have to buy pretty much all parts from GM or I won't make PASE... They are fucking us hard in everyway possible.
