ADS website and loyalty

Postby dandanthepartsman » Wed Oct 28, 2020 3:39 pm

This question is for anyone who uses the ADS website for ecommerce.

Recently they started allowing the customer to use the loyalty vouchers. I cannot find any voucher number on our side that was used, but the client used a loyalty voucher. (clearly states in the total) Are we supposed to submit the voucher number so we get our reimbursement?

Wishing that we got the reimbursements in our regular GM daily invoices, all we get is the charge for being apart of this loyalty nonsense.

GM will credit the open account. Have your accounting personnel or whomever pulls the invoices keep an eye out for it, so it gets coded correctly.

The credit for the voucher will be on the BARS account.

The Rewards Team has received many inquiries regarding Invoice Credits received and associating the credit with a Rewards Member. Once the Member completes the purchase, the Accessory Voucher will be automatically processed (dealers do NOT have to apply for these vouchers). Dealers will receive payment for the Accessory Voucher through their BARS Open Account Statement. The Unit Code on the invoice references the eCommerce Order Number when the Member completes their eCommerce Accessory purchase. The Unit Count is the BARS Approval Code that was assigned to the voucher.

· Transactions through 10/8/2020: When a My Reward Member applied their Rewards Points (NOT Rewards Accessory Voucher), Dealers would have seen payment in their BARS OA with a line item “ACCESSORY DIGITAL SOLUTION” which is where currently debits/credits from Accessories including Monthly fee, shipping, Manufacturer coupons are posted.

· Transactions after 10/9/2020: When a My Rewards Member uses a Rewards Accessory Voucher OR applies Rewards points, Dealers will receive payment for the eCommerce Transaction through their BARS Open Account Statement.

Tracking Member Activities

My Rewards Owner Loyalty Maxis Report in GlobalConnect has been updated to reflect My Rewards Member eCommerce Activities:

· Online Accessories Purchase –Includes Members that have earned points for completing an eCommerce Accessory purchase

· Online Accessories Redemption – Includes Members that have used Rewards points during the eCommerce Accessory purchase (Member did NOT pull a Rewards Voucher)

· Redemption – Accessories – Includes Members that have used a Rewards Accessory Voucher during the eCommerce Accessory purchase
