When I checked it out, I checked with Chrome - about 10 times and got that unauthorized screen
I then was able to log in through my phone
Checked Chrome again a few more times - no good
Checked Edge - Got right in
Checked Chrome a few more times - no good

Checked Chrome 15-20 minutes later and it finally worked again

The IT department is a well oiled machine that is overloaded and the powers that be do not seem to think it is as important as changing the Corporate Logo. Just make sure the customers are the center of everything and you will be fine. LOL

Yesterday, when Global finally began to get back online; our SM could only get in on Outlook while or PM could only get in on Chrome. I believe GM should set aside a night time or weekend "maintenance window" to pull some of these stunts. I realize they do this with things [i]they[i] feel are major changes. Consideration should be given to the disruption of the workflow for the MAJORITY of their front line people. Sales people were in the middle of onboarding deliveries, complete with customers in their offices. Certainly that was not the ideal experience for them either. I sincerely hope GM still trolls this page. Within all of our whining and disdain, they could really take a few great hints from us down here!
