Debit warranty RO, help!

Debit warranty RO, help!

Postby cain555 » Sat Feb 06, 2021 12:42 am

We had accidentally sent back an engine core before it was time to do so. Someone had mentioned before you can fill out an application for your "mistake" and maybe have to core sent over to the WPC? Had anyone done that? Obviously this would be a very expensive debit.

Thank you!

Good luck with that as I learned the Hardaway they no longer give any leeway with that best thing to do if it is recent is to call the cross dock and see if they can ship it back to you

you can call Focus Hope and get it returned . its not that big of a deal. Did it twice. I picked it up midtown Detroit somewhere. no big deal. it was daylight so I did not have to carry.

It is a big deal if you send one back early September and they don't get to the trailer until first week of December due to COVID! We were debited back for a tranny job... once they finally got to the trailer we paid to have it picked up and sent down the road to the WPC.... I then emailed GM to let them know it was received so they could push it to the front of the line to be inspected... they gave us $2459.84 back with $2012.83 not paid... I would love to know if someone can tell me how to get the rest of our $ back since COVID is the reason they are behind in getting trailers checked in.... under any other circumstances they would have been able to find it and we could have gotten it to the WPC before the due date!

Anyone?

FIRST OF ALL THE WPC AND FOCUS HOPE ARE 2 DIFFERENT ANIMALS. IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE WITH WPC . THEN FOCUS HOPE (HOLLINGSWORTH) IS NOT PART OF THAT EQUATION. SO IF YOU MESSED UP AND ITS SITTING IN A TRAILER . ITS YOUR FAULT. YOU STILL HAVE THAT DEADLINE AT WPC. THEY DONT CARE IF YOU SENT IT BACK TO HOLLINGSWORTH. THAT SAID, I DID HAVE A TAILLAMP THAT WPC REQUESTED AND THEY RECEIVED IT 1 DAY LATE BECAUSE I HAD TO RETREIVE FROM THE CORE WHORES AND THAT DELAYED IT.
