Trying to put a claim in through FedEx for a radiator that they lost.
The claim form is asking for "Declared Value" and of course I don't have that and no one at GM seems to know wtf I'm talking about when I've spoken with the sprint people or invoicing.
Does anyone know if they actually put a value on things when the create a label or do they leave it blank and hope for the best.
Of course this part is almost $300 and if GM leaves that field blank, I believe they cap claims around $100. At least I know UPS does that.
Anyone else dealt with FedEx losing a sprinted part before?
