They have some kinks to work out still.

Now you have to have the last 4 of the member # to redeem the customers points (half of them don't even know the email they used let alone logging into the app to get the #)

Even my DMA didn't know how to get their # lol.

Also, after you redeem now the print icon doesn't actually print the redemption # and amount properly. I had to do a manual print screen for all of the information we needed.

We attempted to do one yesterday, not a clue in the world if its right.. hopefully my office manager can figure out the accounting..

We basically clicked a bunch of shit until it seemed to work, then I invoiced it on a counterslip like a ecomm
