Returns Cheat Sheet

I think awhile back I was sent a cheat sheet on submitting claims for returns but I can't find it in my email.

Anyone have anything similiar?

It's a bit annoying they require information for claims without asterisked boxes denoting they need that field. It's pretty straightforward to ask for the info you need on a form...

No I'm 86-Reno.

I found the old sheet, had it saved as 'tips' and couldn't find it. I just think it's ridiculous to use a shipment No. etc to find the part, select it, and then end up having to input that same number despite there not being a field for it. If the system has a tree to denote all the different types of claims, why don't those claim types have all the values needed to complete the claim? I know I'm preaching to the choir, hopefully PWB+ makes a difference.
