Bulletin N242435631 OnStar module failure

We have had to order a number of OnStar modules which have failed when trying to perform Bulletin #: N242435631 Serial Data Gateway Module reprogramming.

We've learned, from the Specmo website, that "If a module fails, the part will have to be customer pay/non-warranty, or the dealership has the option to cover the part under GM Goodwill warranty."

Anyone else running into this serving of BS?

No, not having module failures here. We're a pretty small dealer, but have done a lot of this recall.
