New GM Tire promo

Does anyone have any idea how they are going to process the GM buy 3 tires get 1 for $1? It's starting soon and I haven't heard if the fourth tire has to be on a separate line, if the service department or parts department should enter the claim on TIre Central. Also, should the tire be billed out at list, but a coupon applied for the amount the customer is not paying? Or bill it at a dollar and the parts department takes it as a profit loss on the financial statement. Just looking for ideas.

bill 4 tires at tire central list price, use/make a fee code coded to your advertising account,bill fee code at 1$ less than 1 tire at list price up to a max of $450.00 (KEEP IN MIND THAT THE MAX GM REIMBURSEMENT IS $260.00), submit on tire central
for reimbursement when the 65% comes back apply the credit to 68700 to make up for lost profit.
