They can do very little right , but they tighten down on us. I told our dma that I didn't think GM was holding up their end of the bargin.

WE GOT HAMMERED FOR 2 MONTHS IN A ROW ON SALES LOYALTY. 4 USED ENGINES, 2 USED TRANS AND 2 USED AXLES. OH AND 1 REMAN FRONT DIFF

I just got kicked in the butt on sales loyalty on a reman transmission.
We've got an engine job coming in, customer found a reman engine for $200 less than my dealer cost on gm's reman. :shrug:
Plus had it shipped here for free.
How are we supposed to compete?

Do like we do put those used parts on a counter ticket and explain to the customer that do to GM monitoring of our sales we can't show used parts on an RO.
