Watch your core returns, we returned two transmissions that had $2,000.00 core charges, they credited us for the old number which was $1,000.00. We called and they know about the issue and are in the process of crediting us the correct amount. Always have to keep your eyes open, you never know what will slip through the cracks.

I have one of these that I have been trying to get in touch with SRC Logistics about...how did you contact them? Every time that I call (all hours of the day), I get a message saying that they are closed, I have sent emails and have filled out the help request through the core return app...nothing.

I just had the same thing happen. Same results. However, my light core return was docked on a 3-way converter for the missing lowers. They were in the same tote but they only gave me credit for the piece that was tagged. And the paperwork for the part/s was on the tote. First time it has happened and always returned this way.

Same with us returned 2 transmission cores 19431764 at 2,000 each . GM changed 1 to a 19419937 gave us 2,000 credit and the other one they changed to 24270749 and only gave us 1,000 credit. Called SRC and they said GM has a part number upload issue and the part number 19431764 is NOT in their system and that they had to change the numbers to a different number to give credit ............. sadly they cant do that right ............ they said because i called they will open a case to get the adjustment done . That was on March 2nd i have been calling every single day since and they i keep getting a voicemail message and no one is calling back ...... horrible

I did finally get through on the phone and talked to someone. I guess you have to keep calling and hope that you hit it at the moment when the one employee walks by the phone as it's ringing and they decide to pick it up.

They simply echoed what I already knew...an unknown issue is causing it to happen, they are trying to figure it out, they will call when they issue credit. I'll hold my breath waiting for that call.
