I believe today is another "GM Holiday" so they may not even be in the office to fix the issue. Hopefully someone is working from home

So it seems that when GM flipped the switch to make EPIC work, they bumped the switches for part locate and order summary and turned those features off.
Gonna be that kind of week.

No answer backs, and no e-packing slips was great checking in the order since black horse didn't give me any paper work

We are trying to manage our departments, sell their products, retain customers.
I don't think being able to use the website responsible for everything we have to do everyday is too much to ask.
I know I've asked for it at least 100x before but we NEED 99.9% uptime for open working hours at any dealership using the website.
If maintenance needs to be performed it should be done overnight or on the weekend when traffic is lowest.

Locator is down too, and our PDC hasn't shipped us a stock order since Friday. Thanks!
