I believe today is another "GM Holiday" so they may not even be in the office to fix the issue. Hopefully someone is working from home :)

So it seems that when GM flipped the switch to make EPIC work, they bumped the switches for part locate and order summary and turned those features off. :lol:

Gonna be that kind of week.

No answer backs, and no e-packing slips was great checking in the order since black horse didn't give me any paper work

We are trying to manage our departments, sell their products, retain customers.

I don't think being able to use the website responsible for everything we have to do everyday is too much to ask.

I know I've asked for it at least 100x before but we NEED 99.9% uptime for open working hours at any dealership using the website.

If maintenance needs to be performed it should be done overnight or on the weekend when traffic is lowest.
